cucumber tonic. in a blender put a peeled cucumber in the blender and mash it to a watery pulp liquid strain thru a coffee filter the screen kind it tones the skin. avacados mashed makes a nice mask for dry skin or strawberries mashed for oily skin. kosher salt to use to scrub the ruf parts of your feet. my fav is lavender flowers or lavender from an herb shop and oatmeal blended in a blender put it in an old nylon stocking fro a hot bath soothing skin tonic. oatmeal is good for softening skin especially befopre shaving legs. keep tonics in fridge .. witch hazel in the fridge spray on face during hot days tones the skin.

you can find recipes for home-made face masks, which are totally edible and tasty. also, i had exchange students, and they had these masks that were amazing. they are a cleansing towelette thing in the shape of a face with nose and eye and mouth holes. they are called mask sheets. the brand they left here was Prorance International. i think mine are Korean.

the avacodo on your face feels really nice. St ives apricot scrub feels really nice on your face too
