Not that it matters much, but he had to have been of darker complexion...not olive, but darker than that.

He came from a land where there was dry, hot desert. Melanin (which is found in all minorities) is what protects your skin, eyes, & other things from the sun. His hair was that of wool...another trait to protect from the sun.

And history lesson for those who don't know...in those days there were Jews that were black or what they considered black. The definition of black in those days is not the same as it is today. People from the Middle east & Africa (which was all one then border wise), would have been considered black. As a matter of fact Egypt was not called Egypt, it was called kemet meaning black country.

He was Jewish, and Jews are generally white.

However, it is not really important. He is now a spirit in heaven and has no physical body, and therefore no race. Soon, by means of his kingdom, humans of all races will be blessed by God.

Oh, are you still waiting for the Messiah? Didn't Daniel's prophecy of 70 weeks of years clue you in that the Messiah would appear in 29CE, the same year that Jesus was baptized and annointed as the Messiah? I'm afraid that you are about 2,000 years behind schedule with the rest of God's organization.

You may find it interesting that not all Christians belive that Jesus is God and that Jesus didn't claim to be God.

Jesus was Jewish and probably had a year-round tan. He was not born in Africa- he was born in Bethlehem- in Israel.

and He did die for you!! Whether you believe/accept Him or not.
