i dont think they go bad that quickly, because they contain so many preservatives, and you dont have to refrigerate them :) you would have known if it was rotten (smell and taste) :)
they are like canned food, almost never go bad!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there is an expiration date on those things, but thats more for freshness then anything else. As long as it was in the fridge and the seal on the packet wasn't open, it should be fine.
Also, if there is an expiration, it would be much longer then 2 months for a snack pack of pudding.

well just as long as it was kept sealed it should be fine, that is why milk has an expiration date, once it is open it will start to go bad unless kept refrigerated. a little information the expiration date (or not) could have been on the box of the pudding and if the pudding smelled bad or was discolored it was bad otherwise you should be fine.

and even if it was spoiled it wont kill you, you would just be sick

Yes, they can expire and spoil. But if you don't buy the refrigerated ones (that have to stay refrigerated), the Hunt's brands are shelf-stable for quite awhile. Yours was probably just fine.

Date was probably on the cardboard thing that held the 4 or 6 cups together in the stores.

yes, snack packs have expiration date... it was probably on the original pack that holds all the pudding cups...
