Okay so my daughters father crawled out from under a rock trying to come back and be a family with me and our daughter again. I was very hesitant because I know that he is a bag of tricks but I wanted my daughter to have a relationship with her dad. Unfortunately when
he came from under the rock he brought the psycho girl he was dealing with while we were separated with him. I tried to give him a chance to be involved with his kid even though all he was interested in was what was going on with me.For the last 2 months I had been going through the drama of psycho girl bashinghis windows and threatning our lives. He would not take any legal action against her and that is what made me realize he was still lying and gaming. Long story short he chose psycho girl and that is fine I hope they rot in hell together. I am not trying 2 keep his kid from him but I don't want him anywhere near my home & I don't want him taking her 2 any unstable environment so can't he get supervised visits?

She is also his daughter! If things are really as bad as you say go to court, and if the Judge agree with you that Daddy's house is unstable let the court order supervised visits! No matter what you may think of your daughters father the fact remains She deserves to have her father in her life, just as much as she deserves you in her life! Maybe it would be a good thing for you to receive a little counseling for yourself for your anger and resentment problems.( he came out from under a rock, she is a psycho girl, etc.)

Are you sure her father is the bad one in your relationship and his girlfriend is the one whos psycho? You have an awful lot of hatred in your couple of paragraphs. Your wording makes me wonder who is the one playing games.
Dont say nasty things to your daughter about her father or his relationships to her. Please dont use your daughter as a way to get back at your ex.
Before you dismiss my statements, give them real condideration.
