Use a pumice stone or foot file after you shower.

Kerasal Foot Ointment is the best moisturizer.

One home made remedy is to make a foot bath. Add 2 -3 cups of whole milk to the water and let your feet soak for 15 minutes. Make a paste of olive oil & brown sugar or epsom salts for a scrub. Rinse really well and wash off your feet again in the shower.

The butterfat in the whole milk helps soften skin, while the lactic acid helps loosen old skin.

Rough Calloused Feet

I have very thick callouses on my feet because I hate to wear shoes. lol

So what I do is: Soak my feet in a foot bath (I also but some essential oils in mine - either lavender or lemon) and I let them stay in there until my water cools off - probably 20 minutes or so. Then I use my pumice stone to work off callouses. Then I immediately follow with a very thick lotion. Mine is called Dr. Scholls For Her Foot Softening Balm. I put cotton socks on over that and sleep that way. My feet look good enough to wear sandals!

No, it is actually a lot easier than you think :)

I have very rough feet because I walk around everywhere, especially in tough sandals, but basically, when I get home I soak them either in the shower or in a foot bath. When they get softer and have been sitting there for a while, I grab one of those pumice stones and just scrub them gently to get all the extra skin off.

It sounds gross, but it's not, lol. Anyway, afterwards, massage your feet with a heavy cream after drying them off. You should notice a difference, especially when you continue to do this every several days.

By a Pumice stone and rub it on the rough parts of your foot along with some Sally Hansens softening foot cream which can be purchased at any drug store for about 6 dollars. Soak your feet in water for about 15-20 minutes then use the pumice stone and cream to get rid of the stubborn dead skin.

Get a pumic stone, and exfoliate when your in the shower or soak ur feet in warm water mix with lemon, raspberries and honey. It'll be beautiful and soft in no time. Use a good body lotion at least every other day to keep it smooth. Oh by the way if the cllouses are still new, wait till they dry out before exfoliating! Lemon juice should dry them out soon.

I use a pumice stone on my feet every day in the shower.
I've heard that its actually better to do this when your feet are dry though.

Use a pumice stone on the bottoms of your feet everytime you shower, and then put peppermint lotion on them.
