You should start giving them baths in the tub at around six or seven weeks. Hose bathing should start at around four months.

You can start to bathe puppies at six weeks of age, but only if needed.
-Too much bathing can dry the hair, remove natural oils and protection, and make it loose a nice appearance.
-With puppies that young, use gentle shampoos.
-Make bathing as fun, gentle, and as calm as possible. Not just the first few times, but all the time. This will prevent alot of problems.

Awww sweet!
You should not bathe newborn puppies because their mother has kept them clean by licking them herself. I would not bathe them until they are weaned (usually by 6 weeks of age) unless they get into something and then I would just spot wash them with a damp cloth. As for fleas, I would wait to apply any flea and tick product according to its label and each product is different. Many cannot be applied until the puppy is 8-12 weeks of age
I bathed mine at 5weeks- and the vet instructed my on flea meds. at 6 weeks!

I was told to wait until after 6 weeks! Even then only once a month after that unless you have a vet do it. But really they shouldnt need to be cleaned much, you can wipe them down with a wet wash cloth if you need to. Just make sure they dont get too cold and congrats!!

Hold them over some shallow, warm water and gently pour water on their back, feet and underside. Do not get their head, just get them used to the water.
