My niece was 22 pounds at six months but still fit into a size 0 shoe. She had skechers which are a bit wider than a lot of shoes though. It all depends on the size of her foot, doesn't matter how much they weigh. My niece is now 2 and a half and still wears a toddler size 6.(she is right at 40 pounds) and I have a friend with a little girl a week younger then my niece who wears a size 9 1/2 shoe.(she is about 28-30 pounds). I would just take her in to have her feet measured, a lot of stores anymore have charts to do that.

Your best bet is to go to a children's shoe store and have her fitted. I have a daughter who at six months still could not fit into newborn booties because her feet were so small. She was a chubby baby so they were thick also which proved to be difficult finding her shoes even to this day. She is now 16 months and just started to fit into a size 3 shoe. My older daughter was in a 3 when she was 7 months old.

I think it depends more on her height than her weight. My son is only 21 pounds but he is 14 months and 32 inches. He's really tall and his feet are big. Right now he's wearing a size six. Like mentioned in some of the prior answers, the best way is to take him to a store and try some shoes on.

She could be a size 4, my daughter was a 3 when she was born. Maybe a size 5, you will have to try them on her. It is better that it fits a bit big then small. Their feet grow so fast that the shoe will only last maybe a month or so! My daugther is not 2 yet and she is going on a size 8.

Take her to a kids shoe store and have her feet measured. My one year old daughter where's a size 4. When my son was 6 mths old his shoe size was an 8. So it can very a lot.

The weight and shoe size have nothing to do with each other. She probably wears a 1 or 2

Depends on the width of her foot. My 20 lb 6 month old wore 3's because her feet were so thick. Cheaper to not use shoes at all. And she should not be in hard soled shoes because this will hinder her development.

hmmm Jackie i'm extremely hesitant on it. it variety of feels she's one for flavour, as a exchange of blandness yet cheese sauce with mustard? could be a splash lots. you need to attempt doing a million/2 cows milk/a million/2 formula. you need to attempt it and see, if she stars getting nappy rash/diohrea or something - stop use - it is possibly she would have the ability to't manage it. If she's fairly moody after feeding, she might have reflux. i'm satisfied you want to be attentive to what she's eating, you could shop up the end result, try pureeing some comfortable, boneleess fish. try infant rice with it in keeping with danger, yoghurt is often stable and shop up the end result. In a pair of month - commence attempting her with the finger ingredients :)

The only way to know for sure is to take her to a shoe store that sells children shoes and ask them to measure her foot!!

At six months, I can't imagine why a baby needs shoes, since they're not walking or anything....I would recommend soft baby shoes such as Robeez or Ollipops...no need to unnecessarily squoosh little fat baby feet :)
