They shouldn't if they are fundamentalists. DNA is the driving mechanism behind evolution, which they oppose. The existence of DNA as providing the code that produces our offspring also contradicts the Bible's language about God knitting us together in our mother's womb. Fundamentalists should be out there with picket signs "Down with DNA". But they aren't, because they aren't consistent either in their literalism or in their opposition to scientific views that contradict their supposedly literal reading of the Bible.
Intelligent, educated Christians, on the other hand, simply accept the scientific data about DNA as one more amazing facet of our existence.

I can't imagined an intelligent reasoning person in this day and age -- whether Christian or not -- having that issue...
If one was predisposed to have knee-jerk reactions to anything that might upset some delicately balanced belief system, I could see that happening, but not just from a Christian standpoint, either.
I also find it interesting that you use the faith-based term "believe" as it relates to DNA. DNA is a scientifically proven fact and I imagine someone who has issues with it being none too balanced in their life.
Nothing but my opinion, of course.

Do you know of any that don't?
"DNA is the driving mechanism behind evolution, which they oppose."
No, it's a flawed interpretation of DNA that is the driving mechanism (or one of them at least).
"The existence of DNA as providing the code that produces our offspring also contradicts the Bible's language about God knitting us together in our mother's womb."
Sorry, but fundamentalists are not literalists and can recognize such biblical language as poetic.
