A radio ad will cost you a fortune.
No one reads newspapers anymore
Post a free ad on Craigslist.
Try the search engines, like zabasearch.
Try some of the paid sites like USSearch or Intellius.
Or do like the other poster said. Hire a private investigator. They have ways of finding people online, and it probably won't cost much.
Good luck.

Don't spend your money on ads. Even though a station or newpaper may be popular how would you know they listen or read it? Take that money and hire a Private Investigator to do the searching for you.

You would have to place an awful lot of ads. There are web sites that find people for a slight fee. A little research and you'll find one.
