Try walking a block or 2 around your neighbor hood each day, or doign everyday things, like checking the mail, riding you bike, mowing the grass will also help. I would stick to lots of salads, fruit, veggies, some pasta, rice is good. Grilled chicken breast is also good. Try to drink water, flavoured water, no soft drinks!!! Juice is really good, and unsweetened tea too. Stay away from fatty foods, and no sweets, unless theyre sugar free. Hope this helps!

Its simple.
I weighed 202 pounds going into the latter part of my 8th grade year. I began running. Start out with a mile the first week, or until you are comfortable and get your time down to at least 7:30. Then add another mile. Slowly work up to 2.5 miles. Watch what you eat. Remember, protein is the key. Protein is crucial. As for me, I just watched my carb intake. I wouldn't recommend what I did. I went semi-anorexic. Only eating 60-70 carbs a day. But you weigh a hell of a lot less than I did. In about 1 1/2 years, I went from 202 pounds to a comfortable 132 pounds. I've done some weight training and now weigh about 138. Good luck.

You're still growing!
Pray for a growth spurt during the summer.
The added height will make those 12 pounds disappear.
Exercise and fresh air will do wonders for a 13 year old. Get off the computer and get some!
(But avoiding foods that are white in color helps, honest!
Eat your greens! )

5-6. the key is to not consume super foodstuff yet to consume numerous smaller foodstuff in the process the day. (and that i don't propose you are able to desire to snack on chips or junk, consume issues like fruit, greens, nuts, low-fat yogurt, etc.) Going greater suitable than 3-4 hours without eating fairly slows your metabolism, so mutually because it form of sounds like eating 2 foodstuff an afternoon could assist you shed some pounds, it fairly makes it greater durable. you will additionally intend to make breakfast the biggest meal of the day, by way of fact it provides greater power and could help to maintain starvation at bay in the process the day.
