In fact,I can't be counted as a good novel reader and I often forget the title of the novel I have read.I prefer reading resources rather than reading novels.
I have read a few books by Orhan Pamuk,though.Yeni Hayat was nice.You may find me a bit obsesssed or bigoted,but the way that he used to win the Nobel Prize or to become more popular made me feel strongly about him and I don't read his books any more.
My favourite novel is Boris Posternak's Doctor Jivago.I like Hemmingway's works as well.

Ipek i am a real book worm:) I also bought his books although i don't like him. I bought Kara Kitap and i started to read it i really couldn't bear:) and then i bought Istanbul but i still couldn't start. I'm afraid:))))
My favorite writers are Resat Nuri Guntekin and Yasar Kemal. Calikusu is one of the books that i adore. Lately i read some books of Moliere and Flaubert. I love Mme Bovary. This year the book that really stayed in my mind is Iki Ask Arasinda Ataturk. It was such a great book. I advice it to everybody.

I've never read Pamuk and I'm not considering to read him in the future. My favorite books are Red and Black & Wuthering Heights. Thus my favorite authors are Stendhal and the Bronte sisters.

Turkish writers; Ayse Kulin ( all books), Ahmet Altan (not all the books).
P.S. I am reading Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. Very interesting and also winner of Pulitzer Price.

en bi sevdiğim kitaplar;
