I know there are plenty of holidays around for single people but where can single people with dogs go if they want to take them along. I would like a holiday where my dogs can interact with other dogs and i can mingle with like minded people and socialise with them.

I know there are some places that have like summer camps for dogs and their owners. There used to be one up in Vermont that had owners and dogs stay for a week. They did activities for dogs like agility, dock diving etc. But it was for pretty hard core dog enthusiasts and sadly.....attracted mostly woman. Not likely to meet my future husband there! All the dog events I go to (in agility) is like 98% female....so all you fellows out there, start doing dog sports and we'll all be happier....LOL

try camping sweets. if you go to the smaller sites or the ones off the beaten track. (make sure the don't have any affiliated signs like those sick old mother f**kers from the caravan club)
there are loads if you look hard enough
they are an excellent place to let your dogs and yourselves interact
I take my 2 boys and r 2 collies to a site in south wales , it's a couple of miles form a main road then another mile down a farm track its very basic ,just a toilet . an a tap and over looks a very secluded beech it's miles from any where an the people there are the best humans your likely to meet you can even have a camp fire

Caravan parks are excellent. Very friendly and fun places for dogs. Try to find one that's not so family orientated and a bit more secluded. These tend to have friendly bars and restaurants. We go to one with our dog and can take him into the bar when we have a pint at night too. We spend the whole holiday with him and i love it! Try Scotland, the west coast is beautiful.

We go camping/caravaning with 4 kids and 4 Dogs, more people seem to do this now as it is a good option when you can take you dogs, we have met loads of people going camping,
give it a try,its fun.

There are virually NO vacations for pple with dogs!!
Doesnt that suck??
P.S. There are actually some pet friendly hotels or cruises :)
