Well, after you can support yourself and stop asking your parents for financial help you are definately grown up. Also when you are grown up you will be more likely to be able to give others good helpful advice, because you will have been through the same things in your own past.

Oh my goodness, what is grown up ? We never grow up completely, and some people are still like children in many ways even at middle ages. I am 58, and I am not grownn up yet by some folks standards, and they are silly to me. So it is just more or less what you expect rather than what really is. Who sets the standards. I would say that the best example for one to follow would be that of Jesus. He is the only perfect man to live on earth you know.

My grandma just moved in with my mom and pops.
It proves you are never grown up if you could see the way my mom acts now that she's there.
Tip most adults are jealous of their teen age daugthers cause they are young and pretty energetic and dont HAVE to work. While mom is getting old her baby's getting old, she wants a mustang convertable or a benz but she cant and well

Personally, alot of my teachers say youre grown up when you stop blaming other people for your own problems, and when you are not so easily influenced by people.
