The statute of limitations can run out on the misdemeanour but not on the warrant. Check with an atty asap and get it resolved. You can get stopped for a traffic violation and be arrested because of that outstanding warrant.
Look at happened to a senior citizen in Miami March 2006. She had an outstanding warrant based on a mixup over 25 years ago and she was arrested. Her son, the cop, could do nothing about it. The case was eventually dismissed but the trauma of it all

The warrant does not expire once it has been issued. But being that it is a misdemenor, the only way you will ever get arrested is if you still live in the state of Floridia, they can not and will not extrodite you from another state for a misdemenor warrant. I suggest contacting the local DA's office or bad check division and find out what you have to do to resolve the matter because although they cant arrest you if you live in another state, they can suspend and will suspend your drivers license...I should know they did it to me for the exact same reason. So I would suggest taking care of it as soon as possible. Good luck

Warrants do not expire. Contact the court in Florida and find out what you need to do to resolve this.

Yes it is normal ,my daughter is 4 now and she is more active than ever . I think they act like this cause they are ready for something new. My 4 year old is so ready to go to pre k . And I think she will then calm down just a little . Thats about the time my other calmed down , but just a little bit.
