In Survey please find out, what are the Customers expectations verses the product specifications. Make list of Customers requirements and recommend the Manufacturer to consider modifying his product specifications in that direction.

If you do not yet know why they need surveys, why the hell are you setting up the service? It is not like "build it and they will come".
