Go to your vet for medication. The milk shouldn't harm the kittens because tapeworms are found in the gastrointestinal tract and not the mammary glands. However, parasites + kittens can be a pretty big drain on the mother cat, especially if her parasite load is heavy. The kittens will need to be dewormed when they're old enough.

Regardless of worms, a mothers milk is always the best thing her babies can have. Tapeworms are easy to get rid of. Just pop into your vet and ask for Drontal or any other dewormer that will get rid of tapeworms. As for the kittens, tapeworms are contracted by eating the flesh of animals infected with tapeworm cysts, so the kittens shouldn't have them. However, if mom has tapeworms, she probably has roundworms too, which are transfered via the placenta to the kittens, so when you take them in for their vaccinations, they should get dewomed at the same time (8-10 wks old). Cats should be dewormed regularly and it's pretty cheap to do so it won't break the bank. Untreated, worm infestations can cause emaciation because the worms are absorbing all the nutrients from the food, leaving little for the cat. Eventually, the cat may die from malnutrition. Good thing it's easily treated!
Good luck!

If mama cat has tapeworms, the babies have already been exposed to it before they were born, so don't worry about it now.
The vet needs to treat her - ask if you should wait until the babies are weaned. They need to be treated too.
