well the reason you haven't been able to find a number is because everyone loses a different amount of weight. I mean what if I asked you how much weight do people lose when they exercise. that depends on how much the person exercises and if he or she does anything else. so how much weight an anorexic loses depends on what extent they go to. you could elaborate on your question and maybe get an exact number. like "how much weight could someone lose if they ate (number of calories) and exercised for half an hour"

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This is a tough one to answer, no real numbers. Anorexics can be any starting weight, it's a matter of their diet and discipine that defines an anorexic...not their weight. Other factors include metabolism and amount of exercise. Anorexia is not a crash diet, its a sad disease. Good luck.

clearly from respiratory and slumbering and your coronary heart beating, you're burning approximately 800 energy each 24 hours. by walking in any respect or status in the process the day it comes around 1300 energy. in case you consume around 1000 energy then you are able to shed some pounds. A calorie is power. energy are actually not undesirable, maximum athletes consume 5000-8000 energy and that they have got fairly any fat. do not think of you are able to consume a brilliant form of foodstuff without intaking energy, they are required for functioning wisely. anorexics will shed some pounds yet not the load they choose to lose.. that pores and skin around your eyes is going immediately, have you ever seen skinny ladies with popped out finding eyes? this is the top results of anorexia. you will get very ill very rapid. think of an afternoon of eating not something, the energy your physique could usually get to help you do the common products alongside with respiratory and coronary heart beating are actually not there and therefor your coronary heart would be in threat of coronary heart attack and your lounges will attempt to locate energy from someplace else which will reason bronchial asthma.

well depending on your metabolism you could loose up to 10 lbs in a week.and if you have a bad metabolism you would loose more and more weight faster and faster as it goes on.
so there arent any exact numbers.but it all depends on if you have a fast or slow metabolism.
