When girls really like sum1 they get really nervous and scared about talking 2 the person. because when i really like a boy i get butterflies and dont wana go up to them

Could it be attitude, hygiene or behavior? I'm just guessing, throwing out possibilities, no offense intended.

i have problems a lot with girls too. maybe it is you are too shy (like me) and all the girls think you are a closed book (a very interesting closed book, but a closed book none-the-less and you can't read a book if it is closed) if that is the case just walk up to them say hi, ask them how their weekend was, you know just chat don't be a pervert though just act like you have no sexual interest in them (although you may like them and they may come to like you in time)
also you could be too bold. calm down and basically do what it says on the above paragraph.
also try to figure what they are interested in (ex. videogames, sports, acting whatever) and talk to them about that (people like to talk about themselves) you know. then when you want to ask them out, find a movie they want to see (ex. legally blonde instead of Jurrassic park [yeah i know old movies but still])
and most of all NEVER try to impress a girl by doing stupid stuff it NEVER works and you'll end up hurting yourself and regretting it for two weeks while your ankle heals

Honey take it from an old gal. Sometimes girls and guys are afraid to approach the other sex when that person is really pretty or handsome. They think if they look that good they are stuck on themselves.

maybe because they aren't afraid and are waiting for YOU to approach THEM. I am old fashioned, amd I still like it for a guy to come up to me. I get very nervous approaching guys.

If girls are not confident in coming up to you it is often because you are not confident in talking to them.
You have to initiate the contact. If you are kind...listen alot (Big one here) and open up a little I bet it changes for you quite a bit.

who knows...could be a variety of reasons, you could smell, have ugly teeth, are conceited, personality sucks, your clothes may not be becoming. Who knows...only you can really answer that one.
