It depends on what type of protein you are looking for.
Whey protein is digested easier and much more useful than soy protein. If you are working out, it is recommended to eat 1/2 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. etc. 200lb man should have 100 grams per day to pack on muscle. It is VERY hard to eat this much protein without overloading on calories without a supplement. I would recommend MUSCLE MILK. It is very high in protein and tastes awesome.

You can eat a lots of Nuts and try eating some eggs because there a lot of Protein where you can get alot. Some meats like chickien and turkey can help. If you are on a vegan diet you can try useing soy protducts.

Whey protein for one. I mix it in my oatmeal, or even just make it into a drink. I use the GNC brand, and uses artificial sugar and has 20 grams of protein per scoop at 130 calories.

Besides meat, poultry and fish im pretty sure some grains like flax seeds can give u protein. I dont know exactly what else, but dont just look at meats. Deffinately look into grains.

I've no problem getting plenty of protein from whole grains, beans, and soy products.
