I just got chicken pox about 2 days ago and I was wondering if anyone knows of a cream to put on to prevent chicken pox scars... I have a scar cream and I was thinking of trying that, but does anyone know of anything that works good?

Pure Cocoa or Shea butter is the best.

It can be pretty pricy but it is worth the effort! (use pure, not cheap knock-offs)

If you need help finding some for cheap, just let me know!

this may not help with the deepness but i found it great for old acne scars. Its called Popolis gel and its made out of stuff that bees use to protect their hive so it smells really nice! It helps balance the natural ph level of the skin and really does help with reducing the discolouration. I got mine from QVC (the brand i bought is called SBC) but im sure you can find it anywhere! hope this helps :) oh and you can try Bio Oil which you can buy in boots or superdrug even the supermarket!its a miracle oil lol it even helped fade my stretchmarks when i had my little girl...and they are devils to get rid of!

Vitamin e oil and MSM cream may be helpful. There are also some Over the Counter products for scarring. Check with your local pharmacist. I have seen them on the shelf at Wal Mart.

Vitamin E works well on scars. You can buy a vitamin E cream or pop open a vitamin E capsule and use the liquid from the inside.
I stress "DO NOT SCRATCH" it will cause more scaring. Take oatmeal baths to alleviate the itching....it's sold in any pharmacy.
