i just came back from lunch at a deli here in NYC, and they had on display a choice of tofu cream cheese. never heard of it til now. i dont think i will try it as i dont like tofu in general.

yes, i've heard of it. it's a great non-dairy option for vegetarians, vegans and anyone who is allergic to dairy.

I have heard of it. It's quite popular with those crazy vegans nowadays. They seem to like the whole "lack of dairy" product things. Is it tasty? It's an acquired tast, as far as I'm concerned.
