i have no problem with wine, but let me ask you why you spend so much at the store for a bottle of something that will be inferior in it's relaxation effects to a single shot of brandy, which is a whhhhhhhhollllllllllllllle lot cheaper? that never made any sense to me.

On my days off I like to make special foods.One of the things I'm making is a Mongolian Barbecue sauce which called for Sake. I picked up a "plum" sake [oriental wine]
made the sauce. Had a shot of that wine and it is soo good and another and was feeling pretty good by the time supper was ready. My husband loved the wings.
On the days I work - I don't have the need for a "shot" of anything after work. I'm satisfied that I did the best I could.

I would definately prefer wine. I own a wine retail store, I really enjoy tasting wine in the afternoon, after already working a full day! Its a great end to a busy day!

Depends on the situation. With a nice meal a glass of wine is my preference. However, if I'm out with friends... bring on a shot!

Usually neither. I don't like wine so I would go with the shot but if I have anything it's a cold bottle of beer.

Don't usually drink at home after work. If I go out to a bar with friends or coworkers, I would drink a very cold glass of beer or a martini.
Wine goes with dinner and shots are with I'm with my buddies. Doing shots by myself isn't much fun at all.

I prefer a nice glass of my favorite liquor. Real liqour isn't meant to be taken in shots. A nice scotch whiskey is meant to be sipped and enjoyed.
