My wedding is in less than two weeks and I would like to know what are some great but non traditional songs to consider for our grand entrance into the reception? It will be held at a church--so nothing too crazy!

Also, what are some things the bridal party can do to usher us in after they are announced? At some receptions, they form a line (women facing men) and with their arms, make a bridge/arch for us to walk under. What are some other ways to do this?

Creativity is a plus!

Again, I am looking for a song for a GRAND ENTRANCE. Not a love song or first dance songs. Just a grand entrance song. Thanks.

Theme song to Cinderella. Practice a waltz where the couples enter change partners all around you while the couple waltzes in the middle. Try hiring a wedding choreographer. For an easier going thing try a song like follow the leader and london bridges where everyone follows the lead which is the bride and groom! Good Luck!

Crazy Little Thing Called Love - would be lots of fun.
At my nephew's wedding, the couple is big outdoorsy people, so their attendants made an arch with fishing rods for them to walk through! It was cool.
One thing we did at our wedding was after we came into the ballroom and my husband seated me at the head table, the bridesmaids held the chairs for the groomsmen (there were literal gasps and tittering from the guests), then the girls seated themselves.

I like the song " Another one Bites the Dust" My sister walked in to this song. She was the 4th out of six of us that got married. And then I carried it on. And all but 1 of us has "Bit the Dust" so to speak.

Moviefreak had some good suggestions, btw, "More Than Words" is by Extreme, but you probably should use a louder song.

How does silly string sound? Just don't have it near an open flame.

How about something from the band Sigur Ros. They have very pretty and interesting instrumental music.
