Can good dwell with bad? Can light stroll around with darkness? It is a war...it is a spiritual war! God is the victor...

The world thinks it is about us...but it is about him and his choice..Jesus.

A lot of things change and a lot feelings, emotions ,mind renewing takes place...God is not through with you yet,be patient. The world is not as strong as you think, they just do not know. Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

We tend to look at people like they don't have the same problems the rest of us do. Well they do. They have marital problems, they have their own self confidence problems, they have the same physical problems, etc - They're just better at hidding it. Once we finally get that through our heads the smaller the gap tends to be.
But as far as being a Christian helping with this situation... we are still human and we have human traits. The devil actually does this to us. The closer we feel to God the more we don't care what other people think of us. Good Luck!

I think people can feel that way regardless if they have accepted Christ.

Bow down? That is a new one...
Christians will only bow down to God.
Only He is deserving of that honor and respect.
So becoming a Christian will overcome that.
They usually feel peace and love in their hearts,
The kind that comes from knowing the living God.

Romans 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

It might be true but it's only a feeling. It's nothing real that will help you really solve the problems you face. Try reading Aristotle. He's much more intelligent and offers solutions that work in THIS reality.

Sounds typically Christian. I've never known Christianity to boost anyone's self confidence.

Yes we can feel that way at times.....we are still stuck in this flesh until we die and go home.

But stay strong....this is NOT our permanent home....

Christ awaits!
