Yes its true. Snow White and six of the seven dwarfs live just down the street from them. Sneezy didn't make the move because of the cold and he sneezed more than usual.
The Easter Bunny has a summer home there too.

It technically is not a duplex. It is actually a dormitory and their rooms are on the same hallway.

They do have to share a community bathroom, however.

Whoever told you that they were legally separated was watching too much celebrity gossip tv. They STILL share a room, and Santa STILL refers to ol' goddy boy as "Sugarnuts."
