I'm working on a blog and I need to be able to edit CSS. Is there anything cheaper than DreamWeaver that can do the job?

when you said CSS you mean Cascading Style Sheets, right? if so, notepad can do that. just open the css file using notepad or wordpad and start editting.

Several cheaper - a very good one I use is WeBuilder 2007 http://www.blumentals.net (good for *all* web languages)...
for free use the W3 browser "Amaya" http://www.w3.org/amaya/
