If someone takes a home urine drug test for marijuana will they pass a lab analysis test too? How accurate are home drug tests?

No, home drug tests are not nearly as accurate as Lab ones.

There is no "great" way to beat a drug test, drinking 1 gallon of milk and 1 gallon of vinegar in a 2 hour period 4 hours before the test will help mask this and give you the best odds of beating it.

No. lab testing are more scrupulous then home. If it was urine drug test - you should stop drinking any liquid in two - three hours before night sleep and test first morning piss. If you'll pass with this sample then you can be sure you'll pass lab test
