The Bush Administration.
Think about it.. Nothing Like it happened Till Bush got into office and he had his little heart set on getting into Iraq? How to do it? Well basically, he assumed American's are dumb enough to follow along.. when something Catestrophic happens.. everyone gets vulnerable due to "Thinking" with their Emotions instead of with their Brain! So after 9/11 Bush and his Admin. used that to get America to follow along with him invading who ever he wanted. Those Hijackers where Saudi's.. and who is Bush Sr. Good Friends with.. If Not the Saudi Rich people?
And since Bush considers American's to be Dumb.. he assumed.. America will support me getting into Iraq because everyone wants Revenge.. and "a Towel head, is a Towel Head"! It was very Convenient how 9/11 happened when he was in office.. for him to do what he wanted! If you can't see that.. then it's time to wake up.. and get over if you Voted for Bush.. you can be forgiven.. ONLY if you can Open your Eyes now!

Paranoid are we there was no cover up on 9/11. The fact that we knew that something might happen soon was over looked and not shared with other agency's, That's all.

They don't want America to know that Muslim terrorism is real.
They don't want America to know we are at war for our way of life.
So they have created 9/11 consiparcies.

Is not telling everything you know in wartime the same thing as a cover-up? Could it be that some government officials discovered things that they don't want the enemy to know that they know?

It would make more sense to suspect Bush of covering up if he blamed the attack on terrorists he could link to Saddam, since that is who he supposedly wanted an excuse to attack. I don't see the great benefit to him of invading Afghanistan. I also think anyone who could plan such an attack and cover it up would also be able to plant WMD in Iraq so he wouldn't be embarrassed by not finding them.

Now if the buildings were not up to code, one could suspect the builders of a cover-up.

Nobody. It's kinda hard to cover up planes flying into buildings on international TV. The various government agencies that dropped the ball on stopping the plot may have tried to downplay thier incompetence, though.
