Scout, atheism does not mean 'no god',it is an absence of belief in deities[wikpedia],I never mentioned the judeo christian variety.

Not only that, but we are all born atheists, and later are indoctrinated into faith, either via family or society.

Atheism: literal translation, going back to the roots of the word, means "no god". Not just the judeo-christian god; any god. If you believe in/follow/adore any god, you cannot, by definition, be atheist. Rejecting the gods of other religions makes you anti-Hindu, or anti-Shinto, or what have you.

While I think that illustration stretches things a little (rejecting all but one god does not require throwing out a supernaturalist view of the world), it's good for getting theists to think of why they don't apply the same critical standards to both Yahweh and Zeus.

No way, if you have any belief in an afterlife, or if you believe in any "god", you're not an Atheist. You don't have to believe in all gods , past and present, in order to be religious. One is all it takes.
A true Atheist believes in no supernaturals.

Sure. According to www.godchecker.com there are about 2800 gods. If you believe in 1 and disbelieve the other 2799 then that 99.9642729% of the gods are ones that you don't believe in.

No, if we believe differently than others, we are more appropriately all pagans or heretics. In order to all be atheist we would all have to not believe in all deities, not just one or some.

this is a good arguement. my thinking is that whether your athesist or religious its all a way to try to make sense of the choas that is this universe. for some reasons we ahve this need to try and make sense of something that has no rhyme or reason. we cant except the fact that we are all just the remainder of some mathmatical equation
