You can call information yourself at 1 800 555 1212 and ask for a number for Delco. I do this when I have problems and need to call about anything. If that does not work, call 888 555 1212 or 877 555 1212 those are toll free numbers too and you can get information on those numbers as well. If you do not know the exact company name, call a store who might carry the product and just tell them you need to contact the company and you need a number or company name.

I think normally a dealer has to call in to get your code otherwise anyone could steal your radio and get the code for it.
