Sure, but they are not worth the side effect; nervous disorders, and heart problems to name a few. Just cut out the junk food as much as possible and exercise 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes and you’ll start to loose 2 to 3 pounds a week; that’s the norm. Good luck.

why do you think they all say with proper diet and exercise this product will help you lose weight. if you eat a proper diet and exercise you will lose weight therefore all the pills work......see my point. THEY ARE NOT MAGIC PILLS!

In my opinion...NO!
They may help as part of a regime of exercise and calorie control, but are not the wonder cures they are often cracked up to be.

Aspirin is good. Keep a tablet balanced between your lips all day. Works wonders.

You will lose lots of weight in a short amount of time

no not really.
what do work is green tea tablets.
i take them all the time and keeps my weight low and gives me energy.

and drink a half gallon of distill water a day.
