my task bar is on the top of the screen instead of the bottom of the screen how can i fix it?

Right click on an empty area of the taskbar and unlock it. The click and hold down and drag it to the bottom. Once it is there, right click again and lock the taskbar.

Left click and hold the taskbar and drag it to the bottom, if it will not let you drag it then right click it, select unlock, then try it.

left click and hold on it and drag it to where you want it.

If this does not work then right click on the taskbar and uncheck "lock the taskbar" and then drag it.
