I remember reading about these kids getting money for something church related (I think that it was the catholic church) after they reached a certian point or something. I think that they called it confirmation or the like?

Is this true or unfounded?

I think the longer they go to church the more guilt they feel to give more money

And that is just my opinion from observations and conversations I have had with people

We don't get money for going to church.

I don't know, but no church I've ever been a part of paid us to go.
