You are a 14 yr old girl.
Your dad hasnt been 14 in a long time.
He doesnt know these guys you want to invite does he?
If not, invite them over and let your dad get to know them.
I think that its a bit unfair for him to say "no guys allowed".
I mean, I'm bi so when dad said no guys over I just shrugged and was like "ok, girls are fine too." lol, he didnt know at the time.

anywho. ask your dad if you could invite a few guys if your dad got ot know them and liked them. If the guy friends arent up to that, then they arent good friends to begin with. :)

How can your dad be so dumb? He bought a yacht and can afford to take you, the rest of your family and some friends to Lake Tahoe. If your dad was really dumb, I think you might be living in hte projects, with one parent-mom and a dad who's a deadbeat-who doesn't pay any child support.

Be thankful you and your family have material things that a lot of others do not. Don't sweat the small stuff. If I were you, I'd appreciate my dad and show him how much I love him.

Well it isn't being dumb it is being superstitious.. plenty of individuals are.. that is why they not ever invite thirteen visitors to a dinner.. that suggests all of the ones individuals are daft.. it is a superstition that the quantity thirteen is unfortunate...Agatha Christie wrote crime novels.. there may be one among them that is referred to as thirteen at dinner.. and of path it is a dangerous omen within the booklet and individuals do think in superstions .. like.. do not stroll beneath a ladder because it brings dangerous good fortune, Friday the thirteenth is an unfortunate day.. so there once more the Friday and the quantity thirteen.. look superstitious and hooked up with dangerous good fortune.. If you've got a decorative elephant.. ensure its trunk faces closer to the door.. that brings well good fortune consistent with supersitious perception.. If you've got a horseshoe.. dangle it up the other way up.. that brings well good fortune in any other case it would possibly not deliver good fortune... If you uncover a four leaf clover you'll have good fortune..and plenty extra superstitions.. and I agree probably the most unsatisfied time I had in my existence was once at age thirteen.. I believe that was once a accident however ever considering the fact that that point.. I too hate the quantity thirteen... I pick quantity 7...fortunate nr 7.. No your dad isn't dumb.. he more commonly was once introduced up through mom and dad who believed in superstions... plenty of individuals.. specifically elder generations.. perhaps his grandparents taught him that and perhaps on social gathering it proved to be real.. so he sees the quantity thirteen as a foul quantity and he isn't on my own in that perception.. A lot of individuals are extra watchful on a Friday the thirteenth .. or if they've thirteen visitors.. they invite their neighbour over simply in order to not be thirteen individuals.. in any other case they shouldn't have invited her or him.. however superstion made them do it..

Your Dad is not dumb, he's being a Dad and those kind of Dads are very protective with they're little girl, and those little girls will be little girls through Dads eyes forever. Trust me, He love you AND he trusts you. BUT only you, he does not trust those boy "friends". Remember, your Dad use to be that age at one time in his life and he knows what those boys are thinking. Wish I had a Dad that loves me as much as yours does, your Lucky. Have fun in Tahoe!!

You are not his concern, its those naughty boys he worries about. He loves you and doesnt want to see you with boys especially since you will be wearing a bathing suit, and he will have to see those boys looking at you with those nasty thoughts visible in there faces. I know it sucks, but someday you will appreciate the fact that he cared at all. Just invite more girlfriends, and have a fun girls day. There are plenty of times ahead for the boys. Plus its your dads yacht, so its his rules. You can either be miserable and ruin your own fun, or embrace the fact that he is letting you invite your friends and have a super fun day!!

The Lake Tahoe region has some nasty wildfires right now so this trip may be put on hold... Your Dad probably doesn't want to have to deal with any hanky panky that could possibly happen (not necesicarily involving you)... I don't balme him- having a bunch of kids to watch, out on the water where there's more danger... Just know that your Dad has enough to worry about so just go with it- invite your girl friends and just enjoy the day!

Best Wishes!

Your dad doesn't want to put temptation in the way. Some boys can be very convincing and know just what to say to get their way.your father loves you and wants only the best for you.You said that the boys could be on one side of the yacht and you wouldn't even see them.If that is the case and you don't see the boys, why ask them if the whole point of asking friends is to spend time together.Your dad trusts you, love your dad enough to respect his opinion.Take care.

How old are you?

Whose yacht is this?

Trust me, it's usually easier to comply and live off of your parents until you're about 18.

14-year-old boys now, or a hot model from Standford, your own yacht, and Daddy's blessing?

You choose.

On second thought, if he's not a totally selfish, rich overlord, you might attempt asking him (calmly) what he is attempting to do by keeping the yacht full of only females. Ask him what he expects from you. Birth Control, abstinenece? Waiting until you're "in love" or 18? What? When you two talk like adults to each other (assuming he can be one), then he'll respect you a lot more. Even the action of you asking about what he needs from you shows that you're thinking in a more mature (or more conniving way).

Have fun.

And, wear sunscreen.

Your dad is just being a responsible father, just because boys are on the other side of a boat doesn't mean they cant sneak onto the other side when they think everyone is asleep. Parents know all of the tricks because we tried them all too. Just be grateful that your parents care enough about you to not let you invite any boys over night.

Your Dad's not dumb afterall he was a boy once.. and knows what's on every boys mind... SEX,SEXl,and SEX...Also, he does have a yacht and it's his yacht so he can make any/all rules that he wants.. Remember, you're ONLY 14 yrs old and not old enough to be "trustworthy" around boys... Spend your time having fun with your gf's you have yrs and yrs ahead of you to worry about boys... Have Fun.....
