Cos they are thoughtless ignorant plonkers as are the ones who abandon their trollies in parking spaces so you have to get out and shift the sodding thing to park or stop it ripping the paint off the side of your car !

Simply because they are lazy and chances are they are over weight and they probably get tired and out of breath walking to a proper parking space
