My mind stands between me and essential freedom. Emptying the mind through meditation and watching my mind without getting involved in the tumult will help me move toward freedom.

Though freedom is our nature, ego stands in between.
Till we eradicate our ego by some means,
we will not be free.
basically ego is created by our mind.
So we have to understand the mind and how it functions, we can comeover it.
under standing the reality, nature of self, will give us freedom.
