There is no Nigerian Embassy in U.A.E. The nearest one is located in Kuwait. I think you can contact them if you need any authentication of documents or consular services.

Sorry but I don't think there is one in Dubai. Here is a link of Nigerian embassies and their contact information though.
The consulate is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

i believe you will have to wait a feww more weeks for the embassy to be functional as it is still going t hrough an up-grade
