Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. I calculated your body mass index using your height and weight and got a 19, which means that you are at a normal weight. If you lose a few pounds you will be considered underweight. Don't lose any more weight. Also, you can have your favorite indulgences, just don't have it all the time. Try 80/20, where 80% of the time you eat healthy, and 20% you eat whatever you want. So, let's say during the week, you eat lots of fruits and vegetables and over the weekend if you want a slice of cake or 1 or 2 cookies or ice cream, go ahead and eat it. You've eaten healthy the whole week, so it's okay to eat that one bad thing over the weekend and don't feel bad about it.

Anyone who weighs 94 pounds is too thin already. Do not attempt to lose any weight. Rather, eat well--lean protein, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain, lo fat or no fat dairy, drink 6 glasses of water per day and get 30 minutes of exercise every day. Healthy is so much sexier than skinny and bony.

if you dont cut out those indulgences, it wont matter how closely you count your calories. you need to be very particular about what you are eating if you want to lose even more weight.
also, since you are burning more calories than you are taking in, your body is trying to conserve calories for energy. its how our bodies fight starvation. that keeps you from loosing any more weight. try eating more calories, but good calories. fruits help to build energy, so make sure that you include a lot of fruit in your diet.
good luck!

If you lose 4 more pounds, you'll be underweight. Then the next time you see the doctor, he probably put you on a diet to gain weight. I suggest you stop trying to lose weight.
As long as you're active you can eat anything you want....In Moderation

One: You probably don't eat enough, thus causing your body to stay in starvation mode. Eat more.
Two: You are the perfect weight for your height. Work on building lean muscle and getting your nutrition in check.

LOL You must be cute at that size!!
Drink a lot of water, avoid sugar and drinks that dehydrate. You should maintain regular caloric intake-that helps your metabolism work of pounds-seem contradictory but it does. Don't over work either. 3 times a week, 30-minute jogs to get the heart going. Stretch too!

the source of the calories is just as important as the amount of calories. if you aren't consuming enough healthy foods you won't lose any body fat
