I'd like to volunteer where I can learn about electronic transfer software. Any ideas?

Libraries that use this process will be glad to have a volunteer. Check the public library and also the schools.

Call a technical school that teaches it, ask them the name of companies who hire their graduates. Then call the companies and see if you can be a volunteer intern.
