I'm going to Long Beach Island with my family for 12 days. I always think i'm forgetting something, so help me out if you can! p.s. i'm 14 so i probably over-pack lol.

hmmm i really think i'm forgetting some things! my suitcase has some extra room so i know i'm forgetting stuff maybe, lol. help ♥

u probably want some extra sox/ undergarments since you will be swimming- i always do.

Was it actually proven that he really did molest those kids? I never really payed attention to the case. Just that some kids came foward about it, Michael paid the parents, and that was that. So was it ever proven that he really did molest them? But anyways, Michael Jackson is one of the the most famous people in the world, he is the king of pop! He really is an inpsiration to the musical industry. His death was unexpected and it affected a lot of people whether they knew him, met him, or not. He was really a kind and gentle person who was a great performer and helped a lot of charities. And he loved kids. I dont mean that in a pedophilia (sp?) way I mean he really did seem to care. His music is legendary and its not something people get over in barely a week. His life was kind of sad, too. Although he did do some things I do not agree with like the baby thing and his plastic surgery, i still like him, because people have problems and he had a lot of them and those things didn't exactly take away from his overall personality. And there is an hour special on Farrah. I've seen it a few times. edit: i completely agree with mary is rad's edit. And he sold out concerts in london didn't he? People did still care about him before he died. How could you say he had no talent? Have you ever really listened to him? When he was younger or older? Have you watched his feet/legs as he danced? The man oozed talent.

It has been a number of years since I have visited LBI. It and Cape May have always been favorites.
As to your list, is "8 Shirts" T-shirts? You'll want plenty of those. If it rains, you may want an extra pair of sneakers. Hair blow dryer? Mom is packing the towels?
Careful riding the bike. Lock it when parking it. Enjoy LBI (you lucky girl)!

I assume wherever you're staying has a washer/dryer, yes? Otherwise, you're going to be short some clothes. ;-)
It looks like you have everything you need, though it wouldn't kill you to throw in anything else you think there's even a remote possibility you'll need, especially since your suitcase has extra room. Better to have too much than too little.. as least that's my theory when packing, LOL. :-)

I think you've got almost everything down, ther only things I can think of are towels and some cute hats maybe. Sounds like you're going to have a great time, have fun!

Spectacles or contact lenses (if you wear those)
Some emergency medicine and vitamins?

Sarong/Kaftan/Wraparound
