I'm also getting married this fall and this website helped alot:

They have alot of great fall ideas for that theme.

I'm getting some preserved fall leaves from my florist to decorate the tables and gazebo. They're beautiful and you can get them in different arrays of colors.

My bridesmaid's dresses are in burnt orange and I'm doing orange calla lilies for the bouquets.

We were also able to find some fall invitations, guestbook, cake server, and other items by doing searches online. Another great source would be www.rexcraft.com.

Check these out for favors:

we had a fall wedding and had a couple of 'theme' things. We gave out caramel apples as favors. Had carved out pumpkins with flowers in them for centerpieces and those mini pumpkins hollowed out with tea lights in them around the cake and on the head table. We bought some glittery fabric leaves from walmart and used them as table confetti. And we had fall leaves in the bouquets. We had pots of dark fall colored mums in the entranceway to the reception place and on the balcony outside. We also had fall leaf cupcake papers full of roasted almonds and cashews on the tables. I've been to other fall weddings who used gords and cornicopias (sp?) and cornstalks but we wanted to stay away from the 'harvest' type theme. Fall's a great time for a wedding though! :) Congrats on yours. :)

I'm having a fall wedding as well. Instead of doing traditional name cards at the doors to the reception, we're using candy apples. Each one will be wrapped in cellophane and tied with raffia, with a tag that says the guest's name and table number.

a friend of mine got married last fall and it was an outdoors wedding.... she had gotten hay bales and some of the fake fall colored leaves and placed them all on the hay and ground and had pumpkins, sunflowers and all the fall colors in the flowers that they carried.... the cake was cream with fall leaves( icing ones of course) on it... It really turned out beautifully.. also she had the flower girls throwing fall leaves instead of roses...

My wedding was in the fall of last year i had it outside in a state park. my reception was also outside. Mine was simple i had family and close friends and they stood around us not close around us. didn't have alot of decorations more flowers than anything oh i forgot what its called but we did a money thing instead of people giving me money to dance with them. here is how it went my husband wore a ball and chain on his leg while had nothing but my dress on and we had to run around as fast as we could while people held up money and we just grabbed as much as we could it was alot of fun and i got the most of it. i believe we did it for maybe 10 min.something like that.

I think you should make the wedding a special theme. Like the place where you met or something like that. Because I saw this show where someone had a morocan wedding and everybody loved it!!

David's Bridal has a great fall-themed section in their new catalogue under the title "Redwood." Seriously, it's gorgeous. It's all autumn colours, very classy.
