is there any way of making or geting my progarm to work with vista. The program is Total 3D Home and Landscape Version 8

Did you try to see if you can run it in XP compatibilty mode.
Just right click the application in explorer. Click properties, click the compatibility tab and select XP for the system.
If that doesn't work you will need to return the program.

Right click the shortcut for it and goto compatibility. You can try to make vista emulate older OS's. If that does not work and there is no patch you can download from the software maker you are SOL.

Go to the support/help website of the maker of your PC for a downloadable update. Most are free! Good Luck...

install the program
right click ont the shortcut
go to compatability mode
and select windows xp

You need to upgrade to version 9.0
