I'm not exactly Mr. Cool with the ladies as it is - and I'm 23 and I think I'm going bald, it seems like its going pretty rapidly - is there anything you can do to slow it down? I don't care if I have to go bald in my 40's or something but I at least want some youth. I still have acne, and don't grow much facial hair - its the ultimate worst all worlds, some bald dude with no facial hair and acne. Uggh.

The acne is probably cutting down the amount of facial hair -- and if you have any prescription medicines for the acne they almost certainly are cutting down on the growth because they rely on female hormones.
The good news about going bald is that the women tend to like it. You'll have more success bald than with a head of hair, believe me.

you could try Rogaine (or shave your head) and ProActive if you're insecure about your hair and complexion. Don't fret the facial hair,though,because a lot of girls (like me) don't like it anyway and at least you don't have to shave all the time. But really, you shouldn't beat yourself up so much,though. A lot of girls care about more than just looks and if one is really worth loving, she'll love you just as you are.

you probably didn't wash your hair much i'm guessing?
