If you like bacon and eggs, try this:

3 Strips of Turkey bacon, baked in the oven
6 Egg white Omelet with 1 Tbsp. Skim Milk & 1.5 ounce fat free (skim) parmesan cheese.

You'll get loads of protein from the egg whites and cheese and turkey bacon is a leaner, healthier version of regular bacon. And it tastes good.

If you exercise immediately after eating, you can cause yourself to get sick. So wait at LEAST 30 minutes. If you're doing more intense workouts, I'd wait at least an hour.

Don't wait at all. Just do it.

If you don't pig out, you shouldn't have a problem working out.

One slice of bacon has 43 calories.

One egg with the yolk (large) has about 78 calories (extra large and jumbo will have even more).

So - two eggs is about 160 calories. Three slices of bacon about 130 calories. That's 290.

If that's all you eat, then you won't be too full to work out. It's perfect. Eat that. Then go work out, and then have another 300 calories about an hour after you work out.

cook the bacon in the micro wave on paper towel, ( less grease that way) fry the eggs in olive oil ( better for you) and If you have a slice of toast, instead of butter use tomato ketchup. If your diet is a strict one and you have been staying with it, the occasional lapes won't hurt you, and stay with your exercise program and you'll not feel guilty. The old saying... "A bit of what you fancy does you good" still holds true in this day and age. your body is trying to tell you something, maybe you're dieting too much?

180 in the bacon and about 140 in the eggs.
About 45 minutes on speed walking with arms swinging!

Wait about an hour after breakfast to do exercise.

You can have eggs and bacon and still be ok. Just use portion control. One egg and maybe two pieces of bacon.

Like how long before you work out? It depends, I guess, on how full you like to feel when working out. Maybe an hour...hour and a half?

exercise to exercise. exercising to burn off calories from a meal is a waste of time and won't get you anywhere
