If I do dispute two enteries on my credit report for the same credit card company and they do validate it, will the statue of limitations start over??

No it will not start over again, but if you make any sort of payment to them it will.

No - find out what the statute of limitations is for your state. In Texas, it is four years. I disputed eight things on my credit report on May 17 and today I got notice that five of them have been deleted, two fall off on October and one is an error that is being corrected by the creditor. I used www.annualcreditreport.com and got my free report. I disputed with Experian and it was simple and quick! I anticipate that in a few months my credit score should be considerably higher. No, it cannot start over. Negative accounts must be reported with a date based on the date of last delinquency.
