Is there a domestic digital video sender (tdt)?

I'd like to send digital TV over my home different pieces. I mean digital (not converting to analog and distributing). Is it possible at the moment?

Yes

You can use a PC with windows media and a TV tuner as the source. You can use an xbox as a media extender to stream from the PC to the xbox and view it on a TV.
