Ive been on a diet for about 1 month now and i've lost 22 lbs..in 1 month (im excersising too)...but now, i barely get hungry anymore..if ever...its like my body is used to the lack of food...my stomach will rumble so im assuming that my body is asking for food, but im not hungry, so ive only been eating like 500-700 calories a day and thats cuz i force it!

So basically my question is, Is it normal for you to stop craving food this far into a diet or is something wrong?

umm...that is really unhealthy, you should go to a nutrionist or something. are you sure you arent becoming anorexic? maybe you should start to exercise more, burn more calories and your body will need more energy, therefore more food.

Your body is going into starvation mode.... It's not getting enough calories... Is this a diet that a doc. put you on or you are just trying something out? I would highly suggest you see a doctor/nutritionist you are losing too much weight too fast and your organs could be affected in the long run... You should only be losing one to two lbs per week on avg. Unless you are really overweight you can safely lose 4 lbs.

it's not good to starve like that especially at your age- it'll screw up your periods and bone development. try to find some fruit that you like and consume that when you would have a meal- wait an hour and your appetite should return. also you may be exercising too hard. relax- every other day is good enough- try walking on the other days before your meal times. Good luck. The excess acid in your stomach from not eating makes it growl and in turn could make you feel queasy - try just a sip of water and a soda cracker.

Well yuo should eat about 5-6 times a day but small meals and snacks, and even add vitamins or nutrition bars to your snacks.... I hope your hunger comes back a little but hey look at it in the bright side, less food, less weight. Or yuo can always go see your doctor or a nutritionist...
