What was the process like? When did you get a call back?

I did. Had an interview with 3 managers/supervisors all on the same day.
I did it in person, not on the internet.
Their questions with these people were based on personal thoughts (example, what would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing, etc.).
No, I never got the job.

yes, I did and I never received a call back, but I had a friend that worked there in college and he said that he found my application on the Internet files and it said that I was over qualified. So I don't know.

I know people who have done it. You don't get a call back unless they like your application. Good Luck !
