i want to be first without at least not getting too much tired.plzz i want this message as soon as possible.i have only 3 days to go and i am training.

Go to any sporting goods store and get yourself a heart monitor. Our Cross Country Coach taught us that if you can keep a steady pace and a steady heart rhythm you can excel from everyone else. This is the key to outrunning your competition. Good Luck.

i dont think you should run for the race.that would be my honest opinion.you should have started training way back.at least a month before.anyway, for future reference.you should strt out the first few runs running about 5km.and tiredness is a normal thing, its all part of running.slowly build up the distance you run.and ull find it gets easier slowly as your stamina builds up.

When I was running, I trained slower at longer distances. This will condition your body to run marathons.

your not gonna win if after only awhile u get tired to win u have to be world class most of the time
