Well looking at the specs, they are really pushing it. what you have to understand is there are no laws protecting the consumer from audio manufactures essentially lieing about thier products. this is one of those cases.
first off the sub rated @ 250 watts @ only 6.5" that makes me laugh. the real power rating is likely more like 50 watts. and the term they use "superbass" it frequency only goes down to 40Hz. most subs only play <80hz so its missing a good part of what a sub is supose to do. Also looking at the total package wieght of 30lbs.. i would expect the sub alone to wieght that.

With all that said you are looking at a total system under 200 so one should not expect a theatrical experience. honestly i would recomend a 2 speaker system of a higher quality. in the end it will sound better and last you longer. why spend hard earned money on 5 crappy speakers with a crappy sub, when you could get 2 nicer speakers that will produce much more realistic sound.
